• Account information — name, phone number, email address and password credentials.
• Address & location data — saved service addresses and precise PIN codes you add for accurate dispatch and coverage checks.
• Booking information — the tasks you request, scheduled times, quotes you approve, job descriptions and uploaded photos.
• Payment information — handled by trusted payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications — messages you send us through the contact form and in-app chats between you and your Handy Master.
• Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address and analytics events (pages viewed, features used) that help us improve the platform.
• Provider information — for Handy Master applications: CNIC and identity documents, background check results, skill assessment outcomes and references.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate, improve and protect the platform:

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To schedule, dispatch and complete service jobs — including sharing your address and job details with the assigned Handy Master.
• To provide transparent quotes, invoices, warranties and digital service reports.
• To process payments, refunds, advances for materials and payouts to Handy Masters.
• To verify identity, run background checks and maintain platform trust and safety.
• To send service-related notifications (booking updates, Handy Master arrival, warranty reminders) and, with your consent, marketing updates you can opt out of at any time.
• To analyze usage and improve our services, features and coverage areas.

4. How We Share Your Information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary:

• With your assigned Handy Master — the details needed to complete your job (address, job description, access instructions).
• With payment processors and financial partners to complete transactions.
• With background-check and identity-verification providers for Handy Master vetting.
• With service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, communications), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• With authorities where required by applicable law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users and platform.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy — for example, booking and warranty records are retained for the warranty period plus any legally required period. Handy Master verification records are retained for the duration of the provider relationship.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and review our practices as we grow.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can:

• Access and update your profile, saved addresses and PIN codes at any time.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, warranty or dispute purposes.
• Withdraw marketing consent and manage notification preferences in the app.
• Ask us about how your data was shared with a specific Handy Master.
