1. The Platform & Our Role

HandyPlusPlus operates a two-sided marketplace that connects customers with independently vetted service providers (“Handy Masters”). We facilitate discovery, scheduling, quoting, payments, warranty administration and support. Handy Masters are carefully vetted professionals; they perform the services, and we hold them to strict quality, safety and conduct standards.

2. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old to book services or apply as a Handy Master. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Bookings, Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided upfront and itemized — labor, spares and traveling charges shown separately. Quotes given before an on-site inspection are good-faith estimates based on your description; the final price may change if the actual scope differs, and we will always seek your approval before proceeding with any revised scope.

• Material advances: where a job requires spares or materials, a full or partial advance may be requested — clearly communicated before you pay.
• Spares: we can supply genuine spares (which may include a markup) or install customer-provided parts; warranty implications will be explained before work begins.
• Traveling charges: distance- or zone-based fees are shown at the booking stage — never added afterwards.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payments are processed through secure, supported methods with clear invoicing. Final payment for a job is released only after you approve the completed work. Cancellations are free within the grace window shown at booking; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to compensate the Handy Master’s travel and reserved time.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Every completed job carries a minimum 30-day workmanship warranty (longer where stated on your invoice). Warranty claims can be raised easily through the app with full digital records. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us; it excludes misuse, wear and tear, unauthorized third-party repairs and customer-supplied materials.

6. Handy Masters

Handy Masters are vetted through our 50-point process — identity (CNIC) verification, police background checks, skill assessments and reference checks — and receive ongoing training. They are expected to uphold the Handy++ code of conduct: punctuality, transparency, safety gear, tidy work areas and respectful conduct. Off-site workshop repairs, additional helpers and custom manufacturing are supported with prior approval, transparent pricing, insurance where applicable and agreed timelines.

7. Reviews & Conduct

Our review system works both ways: customers review Handy Masters, and Handy Masters review customers. Reviews must be honest and lawful; we may remove abusive, fraudulent or off-topic content. Abusive behavior toward either side of the marketplace may result in account suspension.

8. Liability

We take responsibility for connecting you with vetted professionals and for standing behind the Handy++ service promise, including warranty administration. Our platform is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law; we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for claims relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. For high-risk jobs, we offer tie-ups for accidental damage insurance — details are shared before such work begins.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to request illegal services, misuse the booking system, harass users or Handy Masters, scrape or reverse-engineer our technology, or misrepresent your identity.

10. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
